Cozy and cute indoor/outdoor bar for cocktails. There is a happy hour and may require reservations. Drinks are accompanied with a plate of cheese / meats.

Amazing bar just near Cadorna station. Free from tourist mass, good drinks and food. You can enjoy a spritz and sides just for 8€. Highly recommended. Will visit again if I return to Milano.

We landed in Milan with an hour between our trains — L’Alter Bar was in the midst of their “reservations only” happy hour, and still found us a table, space to keep our luggage out of the way, then plenty food and drink to satisfy our travel needs. It was fun to experience the local business people enjoying the bar too. The staff helped us to feel relaxed while in the midst of a long travel day. The history, the food, atmosphere and service were so special. You’ve got to experience L’Alter Bar

During 3 nights in Milan with my besties, we visited this place 3 times and didn't want to look for any other! Wonderful wine, the perfect Aperol Spritz, plus delicious hot snacks - this place really makes you feel the Italian atmosphere. The wonderful staff were always in a great humour. We met 4 different staff and everyone was charismatic and smiling - wonderful! You can feel that apart from the tourists it's a really loved place by the locals. Absolutely love it, thank you!

We've had a great time here in June 2025. Vibe is welcoming and authentic, quite bohemian, prices decent and with unexpectedly good tapas style snacks (on the house). Staff was very nice, quick and polite. We arrived before lunch hours so without a reservation. During lunch people come and go, it gets very busy. There appeared to be a lot of regular guests, which is telling of quality. Only minus is very small and old school toilet.

The bar was awesome Even I did a reservation on that day, staffs welcomed me in English and the aperitivo was the best experience I had in Milano. Food was great, drinks were nice...and seat outside was too good. Thank you for nice staffs and nice evening! Grazie!

This place in the heart of Milan is the authentic bar everyone is looking for in the city! The drinks are made proper and especially Diego is the best waiter the place has ever seen. I would recommend!
